Road my bike to the track (5). Warm up, 4x800 with 400 rest. 3:07, 3:11, 3:09, 3:03.
Syringa Hill workout. 4 total. 1:02, 1:03, 1:03, 1:03. My knee was a little sore on the down hills. Wish I could be this consistent on the track.
28.5 mile bike ride. 1.59:58. Felt much better than last week, but was a little slower as well.
I wanted to increase my distance a little bit today. There were a lot of hills and some wind. 58:39. It was slow and felt pretty hard.
